Why use a professional translator?

Translation is more than converting words from one language into another.  The most important aspect of translation is to convey the concepts that underlie statements, from one language to another.  Until machine translation technology progresses further, only human translators are able to do that.

My upbringing as a bilingual individual in Argentina has provided - since my adolescence - a life-long opportunity to perform as simultaneous interpreter and translator English/Spanish/English.  Beginning as an Interpreter for Agricultural workers in Long Island, New York, and continuing on with the Colombia, SA Battalion in Korea, and in almost all the other professional activities since then.

I particularly enjoy legal, environmental and social-issues translation work.
